A new tool to help leaders find space for introspection.
Our experience of life and work is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves; but do you know what stories are shaping you?
As a scientific engineer by trade, my default is to reach for data to prove the value of my hunches. But introspection is so feeling-oriented, data didn't seem to have a place in it. Perhaps that's why I struggled to make space for it for so many years.
Now, I genuinely believe that both scientific data and philosophical enquiry are equally important to understanding ourselves and the world around us. I proved it by designing the Ithaca Framework that brought them together.
It’s a living, breathing methodology to help leaders capture their personal journey of discovery.
Named after the home of Odysseus (Greek mythology), Ithaca represents appreciation for the journey - its trials and tribulations - and encourages us to embrace challenges as opportunities for personal growth.
